About Dr. Daily
Bradley C. Daily, M.D. grew up in Salina, Kansas. While attending high school, Dr. Daily was one of the first Salina South High School students to take part in the newly formed community internship program. He shadowed Dr. Gary Harbin during his senior year of high school and developed a keen interest in orthopedics. After graduating high school, Dr. Daily pursued an undergraduate education at Kansas State University in Manhattan. He remained in Kansas for his medical training, earning his M.D. from the University of Kansas School of Medicine.
Following medical school, Dr. Daily completed an Internship and Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita, Kansas. His training included work at Wesley Medical Center, Ascension Via Christi St. Francis, Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center, and six months of training in Pediatric Orthopedics at Shriners Children’s Hospital in St. Louis.
Dr. Daily was excited to return to his hometown of Salina, Kansas when he finished training so that he could begin giving back to the community that had supported him in his youth. Dr. Daily’s commitment to medical education is shown by his involvement on several fronts: High School and College, Medical School, and Residency.
He continues to collaborate with local high schools and gives his time freely speaking about Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and medical education. Dr. Daily also hosts high school and college student interns and enjoys mentoring students interested in a career in medicine. He is proud to say that some of these students are now working alongside him at Salina Ortho.
Since moving to Salina, Dr. Daily has continued to return to Wichita to provide supervision and education to the Orthopedic Residents in their clinic each month at Wesley Hospital. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at KU-Salina School of Medicine. His work at KU-Salina includes being the Director of Clinical Skills, an Instructor of Gross Anatomy, and he also helps teach Clinical Education to 3rd and 4th year students on the Orthopedic Rotation. Dr. Daily firmly believes in the Hippocratic Oath and passing his knowledge onto the next generation of physicians.
